LE DOMAINE DES FINES CAILLOTTES
100% Chasselas grape variety is used.
It is made from a limestone-clay terroir near the village of Les Loges.
After skin maceration, fermentation takes place in thermoregulated stainless
steel tanks at 16 - 20°C.
POUILLY-SUR-LOIRE 2017 :
This wine possesses a beautiful pale gold hue with silver highlights. It
releases notes of fresh almonds and flowers. In mouth, we find these
aromas with tints of ripe limon and orange peels in a beautifull and balanced mouth.
kiwi and on the nose. These aromas come through again and linger on the palate, which
is full and well balanced.
FOOD AND WINE MATCH :
Perfect for a friendly meal. It can be enjoyed with seafoods, hors d'oeuvres, starters, and soft cheeses.
SERVING ADVICE :
Serve at around 10-12°C. Drink within 2 years after the harvest.
