LE DOMAINE DES FINES CAILLOTTES
100% Chasselas grape variety is used.
It is made from a limestone-clay terroir near the village of Les Loges.
After skin maceration (depending on the vintages), fermentation takes place in thermoregulated stainless
steel tanks at 16 - 20°C.
POUILLY-SUR-LOIRE 2016 :
Due to the severe frost in 2016, this cuvee will not be available.
POUILLY-SUR-LOIRE 2015 :
This wine, made from the Chasselas grape variety, possesses a beautiful pale gold hue with silver highlights. It
releases notes of flowers, kiwi and fresh almonds on the nose. These aromas come through again and linger on the palate, which is full and well balanced.
FOOD AND WINE MATCH :
Perfect for a friendly meal. It can be enjoyed with seafoods, hors d'oeuvres, starters, and soft cheeses.
SERVING ADVICE :
Serve at around 10-12°C. Drink within 2 years after the harvest.
