The terroir, located in the vineyards of Chavignol and Sury-en-Vaux, is a mixture of limestone-clay and limestone.
Presentation of the wine in video
The fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18-20° then maturing on fine lees take place over a period of several months in stainless steel tanks.

Fresh, slightly mineral, balance and harmonious palate. Revealing same aromas as the nose until a pleasant finish.

Light gold. Well open aromas of citrus and well ripened fruits...
Lovely full palate, with structure and freshness, developping grapefruit and tropical fruit notes, with a pleasant finish.

FOOD AND WINE MATCH :
The Sancerre blanc "La Merisière" is delicious with hors d'oeuvres, appetizers, seafood, fish, and certain cheeses notably goat cheese.
SERVING ADVICE :
Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C. Drink within 3 years of the harvest to fully appreciate the youthful aromas. However, it will keep its qualities long after.
