A part of the Cuvée Séduction was vinified and aged in 228 and 600 liters oak barrels and the rest in stainless
steel tanks. The ratio changes according to the vintages to keep a good balance between wood and fruit aromas.
This cuvee expresses the fruity aromas of a classic Pouilly-Fumé, coupled with fleshiness, length
in mouth and a great aromatic complexity due to its maturation in oak barrels.
100% Sauvignon Blanc grape variety is used.
The fermentation process with wild yeast and maturation on fine lees with frequent stirring took
place in the barrels.
